Generic Clothes needs to learn to communicate. I previously ordered this shirt, and another, from them. This one arrived stuck to the shipping wrapper -- the ink or transfer apparently was not dry when they packed it.
I provided a review with a picture of a letter with part of the ink missing (stuck to the shipping wrapper). I docked them a couple stars, but they still got three stars. End of discussion, as far as I was concerned.
A few days later I received an emailed tracking number saying my order had shipped. Huh? I had not ordered anything else, and got what I did order. There was no order number for this second order. This was a shipping message, not from Generic Clothes.
Meanwhile, the order I actually placed needed to go out in the mail for a birthday gift, so I packed it and sent it. I tried responding to the shipping email for the mysterious second order, but Generic Clothes remained silent.
So now my friend has the shirt with the missing ink spots as a gift, and I have a second shirt just like it sitting on my desk with no destination. Is this how Generic Clothes operates? In total silence? No explanation, no response? I don't think I can do business with these guys again.
