White people love to think we would have done things differently if it we lived during that time. Capturing people based on racially identifiable features from their indigenous ancestry and putting them in an overseas concentration camp is a continuation of that indigenous erasure though. Instead of breaking treaties, we are breaking our own constitution. Our leadership is breaking a treaty that was made with all of us, as people on this land. This is that thing you like to think you would have been against. Be against it.
