I fvvking love Mexico, the place, the culture, and the people. I spent years working in Sinaloa and got to travel throughout the country with the Sinaloenses I was working with. I love going down to the Baja for a quick trip to just chill and explore. Honestly though, I'm embarrassed to show my face in Mexico right now. I've consistently voted and spoken against our country's slide into fascism, but I understand people are going to be less likely to trust me or want to open up to me now because I'm an American. I'm embarrassed by what our country has become, especially when I interact with the global community.
